Analytics

CyberHiveIT has prepared an optional Cloudflare Web Analytics integration. The tracking beacon is disabled until a site token is explicitly configured. If enabled, Cloudflare receives requests for site-usage measurement subject to its privacy practices. The site does not load this beacon when a browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

Cloudflare, as the website's infrastructure provider, may separately process requests and security logs needed to serve and protect the site. Disabling analytics does not disable that infrastructure processing.

Local browser storage

The appearance switch stores your preferred light or dark theme in your browser. The Editorial Studio stores draft content locally in the same browser when you choose Save. It does not send those drafts to an authenticated account or CMS.

External links and subscriptions

Headlines and research links open independent publishers, subject to their own policies. The site's public RSS feed requires no email address. Email alert registration requires a configured Cloudflare Pages service and email provider. If you register, CyberHiveIT stores your email address, chosen topics, confirmation state and delivery history in a Cloudflare D1 database to send the alerts you request. Resend processes delivery of confirmation and digest emails. Registration is inactive until this infrastructure is configured. Use the unsubscribe link in any message to remove your record; the public RSS feeds require no email address.

Breach exposure lookups

When you use the Breach Check tool, your submitted email address or username is sent directly from your browser to LeakCheck. CyberHiveIT does not store the identifier or the results. The external lookup provider may process request metadata under its privacy practices. Only check identifiers you own or are authorized to assess.
